Information and support to help everyone in Australia who is experiencing depression or anxiety to achieve their best possible mental health.

Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD) (UNSW and St Vincents Hospital)

MoodGYM Training Program (Australian National University)
Learn cognitive behaviour therapy skills for preventing and coping with depression.

e-couch Self Help (Australian National University)
A self-help interactive program with modules covering depression, generalised anxiety and worry, social anxiety, relationship breakdown, and loss and grief.

THIS WAY UP: Self Help (St Vincent's Hospital Sydney & UNSW)
Aims to reduce the impact of anxiety and depressive disorders, including social phobia, OCD and PTSD. Costs $60 per course or app.

Mental Health Online (Swinburne University of Technology)
Mental Health Online (formerly Anxiety Online) is an internet-based treatment clinic for people with mental health problems.
Conditions: Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder

MindSpot Clinic - The Australian e-Health Research Centre (AEHRC)
A national online and telephone assessment and treatment service for adults with anxiety or depression.

OnTrack (Queensland University of Technology)
Online programs to help mainly with issues related to alcohol and depression.

eCentreClinic (Macquarie University)
Free online treatment courses for people with symptoms of excessive worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, depression, obsessions and compulsions, and post-traumatic stress.

BRAVE Self-Help Program
A free online program for the prevention and treatment of anxiety in Australian children and young people aged 8–17 years, and their parents.

A mental health initiative for secondary schools that aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of young people.

eHealth Programs | Federation eHealth Platform
An e-mental health site for consumers, healthcare professionals & researchers. Offering self-help programs for anxiety and/or depression, benzodiazepine reduction and withdrawal, and tools to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
